Performing Deep Breathing to Avoid Blushing

Have you ever thought about what happens inside your body every time you blush? During a blushing episode, you tend to direct your energy towards doing everything just to stop blushing. You try to cloud your mind with other thoughts in an attempt to cover up the very thought that’s causing you to blush. More often than not, the effort to solve the problem feeds the problem itself. Brad, the tutor on the video “Tips on How to Perform Deep Breathing to avoid Blushing,” has some hints on how to channel that energy into something that is effective.

Breathe deeply. Yes, deep breathing helps to stop blushing because oxygen, which is in the air you breathe, helps you relax. Every single time a person blushes, the heart beats more rapidly and the person tends to breath faster. When a person breathes faster than usual, the oxygen from the air is not effectively used by the body. Go find a comfortable spot where you can breathe. Be sure that you feel the rise and fall of your abdomen, as Brad says, because this is your clue that you are breathing the right way.

Brad touches on the physical nature of a blush and he wants you to realize that by establishing control over your own body, you have the power to stop blushing. The author of the book “Blushing Breakthrough,” Jim Baker, can show you a lot of ways to overcome that blushing problem. You can also visit Jim’s website to learn more about blushing cures.

How to Control Your Mind and Body to Cure Blushing

It’s time to finally tap that gym membership you signed up for three months ago but ignored forever. If you want to stop blushing, you’ve got to do something. Michelle, the tutor on the YouTube.com video “How to Control Your Mind and Body from Blushing,” recommends exercise as a blushing cure. In the video, she explains that both the mind and the body have to work hand in hand to achieve the results. Not just the mind, not just the body, but both.

If you take a step back to explore the science of blushing, you will find out that blushing is mainly caused by negative thoughts and emotions leading to anxiety – which is of the mind – that manifest physically through obvious signs like blushing – which is of the body. Michelle explains that exercise can do the trick by helping you release your body’s happy hormone. Endorphins, which are the body’s natural happy hormones, work against anxiety and depression. Since they serve as the body’s natural morphine, endorphins help you stay away from those thoughts and emotions that could give you that uncomfortable blushing problem by allowing their release through exercise. Just imagine how happy you could always be.

Keep that happy hormone at work and learn more about how to stop blushing through Jim Baker’s book “Blushing Breakthrough.” Stay happy!

Stop Panic Attacks that Cause Blushing

Yes, we get it. You had a panic attack that made you blush like crazy and you feel like it’s the end of the world. You feel like you want to change your name and move to a different country because you can never get over that intense blushing episode. Relax. Nicole, the tutor from the  video “Tips on How to Stop Panic Attacks that Will Cause Blushing,” explains why you should know that there is hope for people with blushing problems.

A panic attack is simply fear in the highest degree of intensity. A previous panic attack may lead to another one because of being too anxious of having another attack. And the cycle could go on. Nicole explains that it has got to stop. She wants you to know that a panic attack is not reason enough for you to shut yourself away from the rest of the world and that there is a solution to your blushing problem.  Control your mind instead of allowing it to control you. Stop feeding your own thoughts from a negative experience. Conquer your emotions and stay on top of them at all times.

The mind is very powerful. It is in itself the problem and the solution to panic attacks that cause blushing. Use it wisely.

The author Jim Baker, through his book “Blushing Breakthrough,” presents a lot of ways on how to conquer your mind and emotions to prevent blushing. You can also check out Jim’s website to get a better idea of how to deal with blushing problems.
